Most martial arts clubs are run by the head instructor between classes: a register on a clipboard, memberships tracked in a spreadsheet and a parents’ group chat that never stops. Sports Team Organizer puts the club’s classes, members, fees and messages in one system that instructors, members and parents all have on their phones.
It works for karate, judo, taekwondo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, mixed martial arts and every other discipline we support. Each class or training group is its own group inside your club, so a kids’ beginners class, an adult competition squad and an evening open mat each keep their own timetable, instructors and members.
Set up every class as a group with its own instructors and members: juniors, adults, competition squad, private lessons. Recurring sessions go into one shared calendar, and a change of time or room reaches members as a push notification.
Members RSVP from the app, so you know who is coming before the class starts. Attendance is kept against every session and every member, and a member whose attendance starts to drop is flagged, so you can get in touch before they quietly cancel.
New members join from an invitation link or your club code and fill in their own details, with guardian and emergency contacts for juniors. No paper forms and nothing typed twice.
Set recurring fees per group, send invoices and let automatic reminders do the chasing. Payments go straight between your club and its payment provider: Sports Team Organizer takes 0%. Invoice in euros, pounds or US dollars.
Parents get their own access to see their child’s timetable, RSVP for them and pay their fees, without seeing anyone else’s details. Children under nine do not get a login of their own; their parent manages it.
Record injuries with access limited to the staff you choose, and send recurring check-ins on sleep, soreness, fatigue and stress ahead of a competition block.
