Who is Sports Team Organizer for?
Clubs, academies, schools and individual teams of any size, and the people around them: club administrators, coaches and staff run the club, while players, athletes and parents use the app to see schedules, RSVP, answer questionnaires and pay fees.
Is Sports Team Organizer free?
Every plan begins with a 30-day free trial of the complete platform. After the trial, sports team management plans start at €10 per month for STO STARTER and run to €55 per month for STO PREMIUM. Sports Team Organizer never takes a cut of the money your club collects.
How much does Sports Team Organizer cost?
STO STARTER is €10 per month and STO PREMIUM is €55 per month. Premium includes every feature; Starter and Plus clubs add the features they want individually as add-ons. Every plan includes one team with 20 player seats (30 on Premium), 3 staff seats and 3 admin seats. Extra seats, extra teams and extra video storage are bought as your club needs them.
What is included in the Premium plan?
STO PREMIUM is €55 per month and includes every feature, with nothing to add on: scheduling, RSVPs, attendance, player records, registrations, payments, invoices, medical records, questionnaires, notifications, performance tracking, multi-team management and staff access controls. Premium also raises the included player seats to 30 per team and video storage to 5 GB.
Which sports does Sports Team Organizer support?
163 sports across team and individual disciplines, including football (soccer), basketball, rugby, volleyball, hockey, tennis, martial arts and handball. Each club picks its sport at sign-up, and a club can run teams in more than one sport under one login.
How many teams can I manage under one club?

Does Sports Team Organizer have a mobile app?

How do players and parents join my club?
You send an invitation link or share your club code. They install the Sports Team Organizer app or open the web app, enter the code, and complete their own details, which flow straight into your roster.
